Gambling Harms week 2019
For Gambling Harm Awareness 2019, we have conducted a forum with workshop presentations and expert panel discussion on knowledge translation from research to practical applications. These workshops and discussions were presented by senior university lecturers and researchers, providing a unique opportunity to engage with local communities and the education sector, discussing issues relating to gaming and online gambling. These discussions were targeted to community members who were working directly with those at risk of gaming addiction and online gambling, including GPs, teachers, parents and other support service workers.
